Buma Music in Motion is once again joining forces with Oorzaken Festival to create new connections between composers and podcast creators. The Oorzaken Festival is the festival for narrative audio, where literature, theater, journalism, and music come together to bring stories to life in surprising ways.
Speed Dating and Matchmaking Programme for Composers
During the Makers’ Day on December 12, 2025, at De Brakke Grond, we are organizing an exclusive opportunity for five composers: speed dates with podcast creators, editors, and creative producers. In short, inspiring conversations, you can meet creators, exchange ideas, and discover new collaborations.
The selected composers will receive:
- a free ticket for the entire day,
- access to panels, masterclasses, and workshops, including a session on collaboration between composers and audio producers.
Want to participate? Submit your bio before October 26th with:
- who you are,
- a photo,
- a link to the work you’d like to share and why,
- a topic or question you’d like to discuss during the speed dates.
We’ll share your bio with editors, producers, and audio producers to ensure the best possible matches.
