For this Ghanaian boy, who grew up in Amsterdam Zuidoost, life was full of challenges. Benjamin found strength in everything that inspired him and discovered the ultimate way to express himself: through music. ‘Bnnyhunna’ initially toured and produced with Jose James, Rimon & Hare Squead, among others. Things went fast with the unorthodox four-tracker ‘SINTHA’; he performed his first headliner with Kokoroko as a surprise act at major festivals. In 2023, Benjamin received the Buma Music In Media Award for Best Experience for Angry Young Men.
