Buma Music in Motion and the Netherlands Film Festival (NFF) are committed to creating connections between filmmakers and the music sector. In the closed programme Script & Score, composers and filmmakers get to know each other’s work. As a composer, you create music demos based on the selected film projects in development. Composers can present themselves and makers can be inspired during Script & Score. Every year, five duos are selected to participate.

For professionals, the Netherlands Film Festival is the most important full-scale platform for independent, art-house, content-driven exchange and innovation.

- Link to recent work (max 2 examples, audio files preferred). Please make sure that these links are easy to access and are working!
- Please make sure you are available on 29 September (14:00 – 15:30). These sessions are physical, online sessions are not possible.
What can you expect?
- You’ll get to chance to meet with filmmakers that have started with their own projects.
- You will compose 2 demos for two of the selected filmmakers.
- Some projects are in early stages of development. Please be open minded and see these meetings as a network opportunity and talk about the creative and music process.
- BMIM and NFF facilitate the meetings for you but there are no guarantees for collaborations please also see this as an opportunity to broaden your network
- There is a small pitch fee available.
- You’ll receive an NFF Pro pass accreditation.
