At the BMIM x ESNS Sync Writing Camp, six composers got the chance to work on real advertising briefs. In less than 48 hours, they created high-quality bespoke music tracks in special pop-up studios. In this panel, a team of experts will review the tracks created in the camp. We will also talk about the power of bespoke music in advertising, TV and film, and there’ll be a lively discussion about the creative process with composers and music creatives.

Terese Gustafsson
Music Supervisor & Sync ConsultantWith a background spanning from sync representation, publishing, custom a&r and music supervision in Sweden, Los Angeles, Berlin and London. Terese holds a deep understanding of the sync landscape. Having recently returned to her roots in Gothenburg Sweden, Terese is now dedicating her expertise to freelance music supervision and sync consultation. Some of her most recent clients and projects include Volvo Cars, Bottega Veneta and tastemaker independent label & publisher Erased Tapes Records.

Emeline Marabelle
sync rep, Bellemeute, FREmeline Marabelle serves as the founder and creative director of Bellemeute, experts in sync and music composition. The agency collaborates closely with independent catalogues and composers, actively promoting their music to advertising agencies, music supervisors, and film production companies. Our goal is to facilitate creative music collaborations between Bellemeute’s unique artists and content creators in the advertising, film & TV industries. Emeline also works as head of programmation and editorial at Les Arcs Film Festival.

Tom Tukker

Seppl Kretz
Managing Partner & Creative Director, Magma Music Agency, NLSeppl Kretz traces his musical roots to playing organ and synths in indie and psychedelic bands. A superbowl sync with one of his bands led to a career in music production and supervision for media. As a Creative Director, Seppl has earned global recognition with awards including Cannes Lions, D&AD, and Eurobest, thanks to his work for major brands like Heineken, Diesel, and Schweppes. In 2022, Seppl co-founded Magma Music Agency with Michael Bertoldini. What began as a two-person team quickly grew into a company of 10, with clients from Montreal to Tokyo, collaborating with some of the most talented artists around the globe.
