This year, we’re once again collaborating with Dekmantel. In addition to a festival showcasing the latest house and techno, Dekmantel also offers a conference program, which takes place this year on Thursday, July 31st, at the Tolhuistuin in Amsterdam.
The panel we’ll be hosting will delve into the intersection of film and music. Director Mike Redman and composer/director Dennis van Rijswijk will present their documentary projects and discuss the heritage of rave culture and the creative processes of filmmaking and producing. They’ll also present tips for independent producers and filmmakers. This panel offers the audience the opportunity to network and learn more about (music) rights in the documentary filmmaking field.
