Getting around in Amsterdam and to BMIM Special

The address of Hotel Arena is ‘s-Gravesandestraat 55 in Amsterdam. We encourage you to come by bike or public transport. If you come by car you can park in the surrounding streets (paid) or at the OLVG/ARTIS parking garages.

Frequently asked questions

  • When will the doors of Hotel Arena open?

    The registration desk at Hotel Arena is open on Wednesday 5 June from 11:30 hours. The programme starts at 12:30 hours.

  • Where can I pick up my BMIM Special wristband?

    We don’t have a wristband, but upon arrival you can pick up your badge at our registration desk. This badge will give you access to the entire BMIM Special programme.

    Please be aware that your E-ticket is strictly personal and non-transferable. Identification with your ID/passport is mandatory which means your badge cannot be picked up by someone else. Student ticket holders need to show their student ID card as well.

  • I have a question about (my) ticket(s) for BMIM Special.

    Tickets for BMIM Special 2024 are sold via our website. Don’t hesitate to buy your ticket, because we have limited capacity. If you have any questions, send us an email at info@buma-music-in-motion.nl.

  • Can I buy a ticket at the door?

    No, we don’t sell tickets for BMIM Special at the door. Buy them in advance.

  • What about food & drinks?

    The first drink is on us. And we close BMIM Special with the BMIM Special Closing Drinks, also presented by us. We don’t have any food options during the day.

  • Can I still register for the Matchmaking One on One Sessions?

    Yes, the pre-registration for the Matchmaking One on One Sessions is still open. Deadline is 30 May 12:00h.

  • I would like to join the Composers Circle – Roundtables.

    Great! You can sign up on the day of the event. Check the welcome desk for more information or ask anyone from team BMIM!
